About the Role Coordinate a team of English Tutors to ensure optimal student outcomes and experiences. Organize and lead weekly team meetings and induction sessions for new teachers. Lead moderation and standardization meetings during assessments. Support recruitment of new teaching staff following Study Group policies. Teach EAP modules and sessions as needed, based on student numbers and workload. Assess and record student progress, ensuring timely and accurate data submission. Provide effective feedback on coursework and assessments. Collaborate with the Head of English to update curriculum materials. Plan and oversee teaching and assessment delivery, ensuring staff are well-informed. Maintain documentation for the Pre-sessional Programme on the VLE, including course outlines and materials. Ensure curriculum delivery complies with institutional and external quality standards. About You Diploma (DELTA) or equivalent, or Certificate (CELTA) with relevant EFL experience. Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field. Experience teaching, learning, and assessing at Level 3 and above. Current experience in delivering academic English/EAP courses. Proven ability to plan and run complex EAP courses. Experience coordinating teams to achieve high academic standards.
