Job overview As Head of Partner Student Recruitment, you will produce a global recruitment and marketing strategy, in close cooperation with our university partners, to achieve the enrolment and revenue targets for our international pathway programmes delivered in the UK. About the role Produce a student recruitment strategy development for all pathway programs delivered by Study Group in the UK Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner university student acquisition teams, taking the lead on student recruitment matters Ensure a comprehensive programme of collaborative recruitment activity is agreed with our university partners and that activities are completed successfully and on time Maximise applicant volumes from multiple channels in collaboration with on-shore and in-country teams Ensure a comprehensive programme of conversion activities is in place for each intake Work closely with marketing and communications teams to create materials that appeal to prospective students and partners and showcase the UK as a desired study destination across all target markets/segments Monitor the impact of recruitment activity on the applicant pipeline in order to maximise arrived student volumes Provide regular insight and reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to senior management and the partner universities Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment efforts and partner relationships Provide ongoing training and support for recruitment teams and agents globally Monitor and evaluate agent performance in conjunction with in-country sales leaders About you 3-5 years of experience in product sales and marketing A commercially savvy student recruitment specialist with a successful track record in delivering results Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies. Experience identifying a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition. Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry specific to the UK as a study destination.
