We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join the Insendi team and play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the EdTech space. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education technology, hungry to grow, and excited to contribute directly to the success of a fast-paced, high-impact company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Build a healthy pipeline using Hubspot and other tools
  • Help discover new verticals and markets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams, providing feedback to refine message and share customer insights
  • Use data, trends and insights to effectively identify accounts and improve conversion
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
  • Research and identify target accounts that fit our ICP (digital learning teams, academic developers, and decision makers).

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS sales or BDR role, preferably in EdTech or related space
  • Proven ability to work independently and can be trusted to deliver
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we’re a start-up, so we’re figuring it out while still building.
  • Has used Hubspot and other sales tools in the past (Apollo, Sales Nav, Lusha etc)
  • Experience in sequencing, researching customers and using that research to deliver a strong campaign - you know how to craft messages that get replies!
  • Self-motivated and proactive - you know how to structure your day and drive your own success.
