Ready to further your Childcare career? Are you the person our settings are seeking?

Bright Kids was established in 1999 and since has been delivering high quality childcare by promoting learning through stimulating, creative play activities.

Due to our continuing growth we are currently in search of motivated, happy, enthusiastic individuals who can bring passion, creativity, laughter and learning into our authentic homely environments across the West Midlands to support our wonderful little Einstein’s.

We are seeking candidates who are Level 3 (or above!) qualified in Early Years (newly qualified applicants are welcome) on a permanent basis for our setting in Studley, Warwickshire.

Why work for us

  • 1. Training, training and more training (seriously that is not meant to sound like lots of extra work but we really do care about your future career and therefore offer comprehensive learning and development plans and readily available access to a range of training courses).
  • 2. We care about you and your wellbeing! At Bright Kids, you are not just a number but an individual who is to be celebrated and that’s why we offer an excellent health cash plan to support your physical, mental and financial health such as gym discounts, access to counselling and advice lines a GP doctorline plus discounts on major high street brands with the shopping reward system. And the wellbeing doesn’t stop there! We also have wellbeing champions at all our sites to support our staff, signpost to more professional help and be a listening ear, as well as keeping us stocked up on healthy snacks and informing us on company wellbeing activities. We also have 2 trained mental health first aiders for that little extra support if needed.
  • 3. Flexible working. Yes we have to be open 51 weeks of the year and offer childcare services from 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday but we do appreciate the need for flexible hours. Therefore we are always open to flexible working arrangements where possible – just ask us!
  • 4. Quarterly Team Target awards. The passion and enthusiasm shown by our teams are what keeps us growing and the more children we get to care for, the more rewards our team gets! These rewards include team meals out, shopping vouchers and extra holidays! Woohoo.
  • 5. Plus all the usual extras like holidays, pensions, bonuses, uniform (see the ‘nitty gritty’).
