We're looking for a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design studio in London. Reporting to an Associate Design Director, you'll support our 18-strong design team working in a fast-paced, collaborative and highly creative environment. You'll lead the delivery of standout 2D graphic design across a wide range of retail and brand experience projects - from concept through to production.

Requirements Experience & Expertise
- 7+ years' experience in 2D graphic design, ideally within creative retail.
- Expert knowledge of the application of 2D graphics in a 3D space.
- Degree in Graphic Design/ Art Direction or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of retail, brand experience and production processes.
- Expert knowledge of typography, colour, layout, composition and identity.
- Strong print and artwork production experience (including large-format and cut vinyl).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Omni channel graphic delivery for retail or brand campaigns.
- Confident presenting and justifying creative decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop graphic concepts for a wide range of touch points - that include 360 campaign, windows, retail spaces, event graphics, POS and large-scale graphic takeovers.
- Translate big ideas into scalable, modular toolkits for global rollouts.
- Bring your expertise to support the elevation and building of key presentations, guidelines, toolkits.
- On occasion support with internal graphic design and art direction requests for specialist marketing briefs.
- Collaborate closely with artworking and production teams.
- Maintain exceptional craft, consistency and attention to detail throughout.
Delivery
- Successful delivery of either a part of key project to support the 3D team or lead specialist 2D projects from brief to delivery.
- Confidently present work internally to key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams or external partners.
- Design with a clear understanding of cost, feasibility and budget.
Tools & Skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- After Effects / motion skills.
- Strong understanding of spatial design.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Additionally, 3D software knowledge is helpful but not essential.
- A strong understanding of retail, luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands.
- A specialism in brand positioning and tone of voice.
Benefits Location
We are open to remote or hybrid candidates to work when needed from our studios in East London, E10 7QX. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm. Please state your day rate and availability upon application.
