About Studioworx

Founded in 2004, Studioworx has been helping businesses grow their revenue online across website design and development, marketplaces, and marketing. As we continue to grow, onboard new clients and further develop our marketing expertise, now is a great time to join the agency and be an integral part of this development.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our PPC and Paid Social client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centred exclusively around paid advertising performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, optimising, and scaling paid media campaigns that directly drive measurable client growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who thrives on data analysis, performance optimisation, and delivering tangible ROI for clients. While our agency offers broader marketing services, this role is dedicated solely to paid advertising. Experience in other marketing channels such as SEO or email marketing is considered a bonus, but is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of client PPC and Paid Social accounts, including planning, launching, and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily to identify trends, diagnose shifts, and implement data-led optimisation strategies that maximise efficiency and ROAS
  • Managing budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximise campaign results
  • Produce clear, insight-driven performance reports and presenting results, recommendations, and growth strategies to clients
  • Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new advertising features, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed to support overall client performance, while maintaining paid media as the primary focus of the role

About You:

  • Proven experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns within an agency or multi-client environment for the last 2-3 years
  • Strong platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads (experience with Microsoft Ads and Pinterest Ads is highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of global audiences, with the ability to adapt paid media strategies based on regional and cultural audience behaviour
  • Strong experience using Google Tag Manager to implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking across paid media platforms
  • Confident setting up, troubleshooting, and validating conversion events
  • Confident working with performance data and attribution models
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to align campaign strategy with client business objectives
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

  • Experience managing eCommerce paid media campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or broader digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with feed management platforms and shopping campaign optimisation tools (Google Merchant Centre or WooCommerce for example)
