To further enable this expansion, we seek the skills of an experienced Partnership Manager/Account Manager to join our UK based team within this agile and non-corporate environment, in pursuit of our mission of increasing life chances for students, everywhere.
Managing, nurturing and growing relationships with an existing list of Higher Education institutions based Midlands/North UK and London, alongside converting trial clients into longer-term contracts, this is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, degree qualified professional.
Who you are and what you will do
As the key contact within Studiosity for all of your university partners, your exceptional client and relationship management skills will ensure that you understand our partners' objectives and deliver high quality service whilst motivating them to grow their business with us. A commercial mindset will enable you to achieve or exceed the financial targets set for Studiosity’s partner programs in UK/Europe each year. Finely tuned negotiation skills will mean that you are able to plan, propose and negotiate with our partners to achieve great outcomes for the universities and our business.
Creating and nurturing strong relationships with the various individual stakeholders at our partner institutions, making sure our service is well understood and communicated and conducting regular meetings and training sessions will ensure that our services are widely used and adopted by students and that pilot clients convert to long-term contracts. A great communicator, both verbal and written, and with the bravery to negotiate client pushback and issues, you will contribute to the success of the business through collaboration, communication, dedication and commitment to helping our partners succeed.
Qualifications and Experience - required
- Minimum 3 years of account management or B2B sales with demonstrable evidence of outstanding professional achievement growing overall contract value through successful account management.
- Experience in account planning and negotiation.
