VIE SCHEME - 1 YEAR STARTING 1st of SEPTEMBER 2026. CANAL+ Group is a leading film and series studio with worldwide production and distribution capabilities. The role will support the UK team (based in London) and the International team (based in Paris) across HR duties from administration and recruitment coordination to onboarding, training & development, DEI, HR reporting and projects.
Support to the UK HR team:
- Carry out administrative tasks alongside the HR Coordinator supporting the team in day‑to‑day activities.
- Actively participate in designing and sending out the monthly HR newsletter to all staff.
- Manage the logistics of training sessions and promote internal training HR events.
- Responsible for managing the ‘Solidarity’ platform and promoting volunteer opportunities across the business.
- Attend and participate in the DEI committee meetings, assisting with initiatives and events throughout the year.
- Work with the Head of HR and HRBP to research and draft various HR projects, producing presentations.
- Provide administrative support to employees: check references, contracts, monitor probation periods, conduct exit interviews.
- Work with the external freelance agency to ensure seamless processes and efficient PO and payment handling.
- Raise all POs and ensure prompt payment for all providers.
Support to the International HR team:
- Provide recruitment support for Studio CANAL global roles (job posting, CV screening, interviews, etc.).
- Assist in coordination of the VIE program across territories.
- Work closely with each territory to ensure the process runs efficiently and paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate cross‑country activities, including using the HR tool ‘Share+’.
- Produce the International HR Newsletter.
- Monitor HR projects and highlights of the year, such as the Performance Annual Review.
- Provide ad‑hoc HR support to the HR team in the Kids & Family scope.
Skills and Experience:
- At least one year’s experience working within Human Resources across recruitment, HR and project management.
- Fluent in English with good written skills.
- Ideally a passion for Film/TV.
