We are looking for a
Technical Operations Cooridnator to join our Technical Servicing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting upcoming film releases, while collaborating with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation of physical media (UHD, Blu-ray and DVD) for a selection of titles
- Coordinate the process of collecting artwork for disc menus from the Marketing team
- Verify with the Legal team if music is cleared for use on the disc menus
- Coordinate with the team to ensure all titles have been submitted to the British Board of Film Classification and Irish Film Classification Office
- Maintain several databases including the Extras and the Marketing Title Tracker Smartsheets
- Track and distribute all technical information to various teams across the company for each disc created
- Create Bill of Materials for each title and ensure that they are shared with the Marketing team
- Liaise and update necessary teams when disc masters are being uploaded
- Complete all disc master approval paperwork
- Support the Technical Servicing team with any ad-hoc tasks required
