‘Studio B’ are looking for a creative Video Content Creator to join our team full-time in London! We’re a fast-moving, fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Video Content Creator who is organised and super passionate about helping to make content that will blow our audience away. We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/ idea creation process and we would love to have a like-minded individual join our team and be part of this. Who you are: We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Video Content Creator to take the reins in shooting and editing content for our Studio Vlog Channel. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with both shooting (DSLR/iPhone-friendly) and editing content, with creativity at the forefront of everything you do. You’ll be expected to produce high-quality long-form videos on a weekly basis, as well as short-form cutdowns for distribution across multiple social platforms. You’ll capture the essence of a busy production studio and transform those moments into engaging videos that speak to a wide audience. You’ll thrive on bringing fresh ideas to life, all while maintaining the brand voice and visual style. If you’re passionate about content creation, have experience filming and editing your own work, and love staying ahead of trends, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Conceptualise, shoot (DSLR/iPhone-friendly), and edit both long-form (16:9) and short-form content for various formats such as videos, stories, carousels, and reels Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital trends, bringing fresh and timely ideas to the table, and incorporating popular trends into your content. Collaboration: Partner closely with the creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with larger brand initiatives and project goals. Skills and Experience: Shooting & Editing: Comfortable filming with your iPhone and proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Audience Understanding: A deep understanding of Gen Z’s tone, humor, and aesthetic. You know how to speak to this audience in an authentic way. Vlog Expertise: Familiarity with the vlog genre and insight into what content resonates best. You’re always keeping an eye on what’s trending. Creative Vision: You thrive on new ideas, and your enthusiasm and originality shine through in every project. Attention to Detail: An eye for capturing visuals, trends, and tone that align with our brand identity. Self-Motivation: A dedicated work ethic and ability to manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Organisational Excellence: You can handle tight deadlines and stay organized under pressure, ensuring top-quality output every time. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as an Video Editor, Video Content Creator or similar is a big plus, but a killer portfolio and a can-do attitude can make up for it. Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Tools: Comfortable filming with your iPhone and proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
