StudioB are looking for an inspiring Performance Coachto join the team on a part-time (3 days per week) basisin London!
We’re a fast-moving, fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week.
We’re looking for ahigh performance coach who willwork with individuals and teams to identify and maximise their potential by setting clear goals, providing strategic guidance, encouraging accountability, and facilitating personal and professional development.
Our ideal candidatewill havefocused on achieving peak performance in their chosen field, whether it be athletics, business, or other areas requiring high levels of achievement. Bringing with themexpertise inutilising coaching techniques to foster self-awareness, build resilience, and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges.
* Please note: this role is 3 days per weekpart-time only
What You’ll Do:
- Goal setting:Collaborating with teams and individualsto set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals aligned with their aspirations.
- Performance analysis:Assessing current performance levels, identifying strengths and areas for improvement through feedback and observation.
- Action plan development:Creating detailed plans outlining steps, strategies, and timelines to achieve set goals.
- Motivational coaching:Providing encouragement, positive reinforcement, and accountability to keep teams/individualsfocused and motivated throughout the coaching process.
- Mindset development:Guiding teams/individuals to cultivate a growth mindset, resilience, and positive self-belief.
- Skill development: Identifying and addressing specific skill gaps through targeted training and practice exercises.
- Feedback provision:Offering constructive feedback to help teams/individuals understand their performance and make necessary adjustments
- Progress tracking:Regularly monitoring progress towards goals and adapting coaching strategies as needed.
