This is a full-time, studio-based role (5 days per week). We value face-to-face collaboration and believe it's where our best ideas come to life. While there may occasionally be circumstances where flexibility is appropriate, this is determined by the needs of the role and the business. As such, this isn't a hybrid role, and regular home working shouldn't be expected.

The Operations Manager will own the day-to-day operational running of StudioB, ensuring the studio, office, systems and people have everything they need to perform at their best. The role will provide leadership and support to the Studio & Tech Team and Operations Assistant, creating a highly organised, efficient and well-supported environment for the wider business.

Reporting into the Head of Production, you will work closely with the Head of People and Culture, Production Manager and Head of Agency across people, production, operations, finance and business-wide initiatives. You'll be trusted to own your area, be proactive, make decisions, solve problems and continuously improve how StudioB operates. We're looking for someone who sees opportunities, spots issues before they become problems and takes action without needing to be asked.
