Studio B is a fast‑growing creative production company in London with a global audience of 20 million+ followers. We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a passionate Producer to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own creative from spark to ship: Turn briefs into tight concepts, treatments, mood boards, shot lists, and punchy social scripts/thumbnails.
- Run a small client pod: Plan capacity, assign tasks, set rituals (stand‑ups, WIPs), track progress, and remove blockers for 3–6 collaborators.
- Partner with VFX & post: Translate creative into VFX‑ready plans, reviews, QC, and final conform/deliverables.
- Schedule & budget: Build and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and cost trackers; lock SOWs and change notes.
- Client comms: Lead weekly status, capture decisions, set feedback windows, and protect scope while keeping relationships warm and honest.
- Social‑first publishing: Optimise concepts per platform (9:16/1:1/16:9, hooks, length, captions, CTAs, thumbnails) and coordinate posting packs.
- Quality control: Ensure creative coherence, brand compliance, legal/usage clearances, and platform policies are met.
- Vendor & freelancer wrangling: Brief, negotiate, onboard, and QC external partners when needed.
- Learn & iterate: Pull performance signals (watch‑time, retention, CTR, comments), share insights, and evolve formats.
Who You Are:
- 3–6+ years producing social‑first content (agency, creator studio, production company, or brand side).
- Concepting chops: You can pitch ideas clearly and visually (decks, frames, quick tests).
- VFX pipeline literacy: Understanding of plate capture, comps, renders, colour, turnovers, and how decisions in pre affect post. Tools familiarity like Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, plus awareness of Blender/Houdini/Nuke/Unreal is a bonus.
- Social fluency: Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X – what hooks, durations, captions, thumbnails, and trends work.
- Project control: Confident with schedules, budgets, change control, risk management, and supplier agreements/SOWs.
- Client leadership: Calm, proactive communicator who sets expectations and holds boundaries.
- Taste + pace: Great creative judgement with the ability to move fast without dropping the ball.
