Your Mission
Create a calm, high-performance operating system around Brandon that protects his attention, ensures every important commitment is prepared and executed, and reallocates at least 5 hours each week towards StudioB’s highest-value creative, commercial and leadership priorities.

- Executive Support
- Manage an exceptionally busy calendar across business and personal commitments.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
- Protect time for strategic thinking, creative work and key leadership priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, calls and appointments across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure Brandon is fully prepared for every meeting with the right information at the right time.
- Executive Communication
- Triage emails and messages.
- Draft professional correspondence.
- Prioritise incoming requests.
- Redirect work where appropriate.
- Ensure communication flows efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Travel & Logistics
- Domestic and international travel.

- Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive as an Executive Assistant.
- Outstanding diary, inbox and stakeholder management experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and modern productivity tools.
- Confidence using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline administration.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a creative agency, production company, media business, entertainment company or fast-paced founder-led business is strongly preferred.
