‘Studio B’ are looking for an awesome Social Media Manager to join our team full‑time in London! We’re a fast‑moving, fast‑growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager who is organised and super passionate about helping to make content that will blow our audience away. We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/ idea creation process and we would love to have a like‑minded individual join our team and be part of this.

What You’ll Do:

  • Caption Commander: Write engaging, platform‑native captions that match tone, drive interaction, and feel natural to each platform.
  • Hook Hero: Create strong text‑on‑screen hooks that grab attention and stop the scroll.
  • Story Strategist: Lead story output and strategy, planning daily stories, shaping narratives, and keeping our audience engaged beyond the feed.
  • Behind‑the‑Scenes: Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage on set and turn it into engaging story content.
  • Engagement Expert: Manage community interaction, replying to comments and DMs, building real connections with our audience, and keeping conversations active.
  • Collab Connector: Proactively spot and reach out for collaboration opportunities with other creators and brands.
  • Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and platform changes, identifying relevant moments we can jump on quickly.
  • Edit Assistant: Handle basic editing for social, including compilations, before and after style videos, and social cut‑downs.
  • Profile Perfectionist: Keep all social platforms up to date, refreshing bios, updating platform messaging, and maintaining YouTube channel landing pages so our profiles always reflect our current direction.
  • Data Detective: Track performance, pull analytics reports, and use insights to guide what we do more and less of.
