About us: We are a multidisciplinary creative brand agency based in the heart of London who, over the past 10 years, have built a team of unique creatives that share the same vision and passion. We are looking for a dynamic senior creative to join the team and bring the same curiosity, commitment and innovation.

You’ll be joining a small, tight team of dedicated creatives who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and producing exceptional work. We’re ambitious without ego, agile and passionate about creating thoughtful, high-end work for a diverse mix of national and international clients, from energetic start-ups disrupting industries to globally recognised household names.

We’re looking for an inspired Midweight creative who thinks brand first, is conceptually sharp, visually sophisticated, and confident. Someone who is looking to work with a diverse range of clients, understands how to build ideas that travel seamlessly across print, digital, motion, and campaign work. You will work within our small team of designers, shaping brands and digital experiences across a wide range of projects, from brand identities, websites and campaign concepts. You will have the opportunity to grow, take ownership of projects and creatively stretch. You should feel confident presenting ideas, collaborating closely with clients, and contributing strategically as well as visually.

As part of our wider group structure, we benefit from a steady stream of projects so the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative studio culture.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a studio, agency, or in-house team
  • A versatile portfolio spanning multiple sectors and styles
  • Ability to engage with multiple creative projects within a diverse range of clients and sectors
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent typography, layout, and art direction sensibility
  • Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional visual taste
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented with a passion for creative innovation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team
  • Understanding of design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end thinking, brand and digital work
  • Comfortable interacting with clients
  • Interest in AI, emerging creative technologies, and evolving workflows
