Most affiliate programmes are bloated, passive, and full of low-value partners. Ours aren’t. We focus on high-quality partnerships, structured strategy, and incremental performance, working across content, PR, and high-intent publishers to turn affiliates into a genuine growth channel. We’re a small, growing team, which means more responsibility, more exposure, and less hierarchy.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who already understands affiliate marketing and feels capable of more. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, but you’ll also be expected to improve performance, shape programmes, and contribute to how they’re run. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Own day-to-day performance across a portfolio of affiliate programmes
- Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Build strong, credible client relationships
- Identify where programmes are underperforming and take action to improve them
- Improve partner mix and overall programme quality
- Recruit higher-quality affiliates across: Content and editorial, Influencers, Selected cashback and voucher partners
- Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks
- Lead outreach and onboarding of new publishers
- Ensure partners are set up to perform with the right offers, assets, and comms
- Contribute to programme audits, commission structures, and growth planning
- Work closely with senior team members on improving account performance
- Bring ideas and take ownership of implementing them
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing (agency or in-house), with experience managing accounts
- Confident owning day-to-day performance and communicating directly with clients
- Strong understanding of different affiliate types and how they contribute to performance
What Matters More Than Anything
- You can quickly spot when a programme isn’t set up properly
- You have ideas on how performance could be improved, not just maintained
- You’re comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction
- You care about partner quality and performance, not just volume
You’ll Likely Struggle in This Role If
- You prefer structured task lists over figuring things out yourself
- You’re not comfortable speaking directly with clients or partners
- You’re used to purely executional roles with little ownership
- You’re looking for a role where everything is already defined
What Makes This Role Different
- More ownership than most agency roles
- Direct exposure to strategy and decision-making
- Focus on quality partners and incremental performance, not inflated numbers
- Work across content, PR, and high-intent publisher strategy
- Fully remote and flexible working
- Clear progression into a more senior, strategic role
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Improved performance across your accounts
- Stronger, higher-quality partner mixes
- New affiliate relationships that drive measurable revenue
- Clear, actionable recommendations delivered to clients
- Increased confidence in contributing to strategy
