We are Studio Twenty – a creative video production company based in the heart of London’s West End. We work with some of the biggest names in theatre and entertainment, producing trailers, social content, full-show captures, and more. From West End openings to regional tours, we create fast-paced, high-quality video content that celebrates live performance.
We’re looking for a Video Editor to dive in and join our team in a fast-moving, creative production office. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, responding to feedback, and working to quick turnarounds when needed. Whether you’re building on early experience or bringing more established skills, we’re committed to supporting your development within a collaborative, hardworking team. The motto is “Yes, and…”.

What you’ll be doing:
- Editing short-form video content like trailers, sizzle reels, interviews, and social clips.
- Offering creative ideas for content and edits.
- Creating motion graphics.
- Subtitling videos, and resizing content to optimise for different platforms.
- Collaborating with producers and clients to shape edits and respond to feedback.
- Basic colour correction and grading.
- Managing workflows and footage backup and storage.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic working knowledge of After Effects.
- An interest in theatre and performance.
- Someone who’s organised, enthusiastic, and happy to muck in across different tasks.
- Great communication skills.
- Flexibility to work the occasional evening and weekend to reflect the nature of the theatre industry.
- Able to manage multiple edits and respond well to quick turnarounds.
- Comfortable working closely with producers, clients, and freelancers.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of video trends and formats on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic design skills for thumbnails or pitch decks.
- Knowledge of basic colour grading and theory.
What we offer:
- Full-time role based at our Tottenham Court Road office.
- Hands-on experience working on real projects for West End and regional theatre clients.
- A friendly and collaborative team that loves what we do.
- Initially a six-month fixed-term contract which may be extendable thereafter on a rolling basis, subject to an initial three-month probationary period.
- Salary range £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
- Attractive occupational benefits available.
- Working hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, but out of hours work will be expected as necessary.
- 20 days’ holiday during each holiday year, pro-rata to the length of the engagement, in addition to all Bank and Public Holidays.
- This position is based in the office, with opportunity for 1-2 work from home days per week.
