We are seeking a Talent Manager for culinary talent/food creators with a sharp cultural radar and a genuine passion for discovering and developing new on-screen culinary talent. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes food culture, understands how talent is emerging today, and has the instinct to spot future stars before they break through.
Key Responsibilities- Identify high potential culinary talent across social platforms, restaurants, pop-ups, and food communities.
- Track food, culture, and creator trends shaping the future of culinary storytelling.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline from discovery through development.
- Support screen tests, sizzles, casting tapes, and early-stage talent development.
- Act as a credible ambassador within the culinary world, building relationships with talent and industry figures to become a trusted collaborator.
- Represent Studio Ramsay Global at key food events and actively engage with the culinary industry by attending festivals, exhibitions, tradeshows, and awards, with strong awareness of which events are most relevant for identifying emerging talent.
- Strong cultural awareness and instinct for emerging talent.
