THE ROLE
We’re looking for passionate, inspiring Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team. As part of Studio PLT, you’ll deliver high-quality, dynamic Reformer classes that embody our signature style — equal parts strength, rhythm, and empowerment. You’ll help shape our client experience from the moment guests walk through the door, building genuine relationships and creating classes people can’t stop talking about. This is your opportunity to be part of something new — a space that celebrates movement and modern Pilates culture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead engaging, results-driven Reformer Pilates classes across all levels
- Deliver each session with precision and personality
- Create a motivating and inclusive environment for every client
- Represent the Studio PLT brand and uphold our class experience standards
- Support community events, launches, and member engagement initiatives
- Provide feedback and support to help clients progress safely and confidently
- Collaborate with the team to keep the energy and movement fresh
- Assist with general studio management duties to keep our spaces in top form
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
- Has experience teaching in boutique or dynamic studio environments
- Loves music, movement, and motivating people
- Understands anatomy, alignment, and safe cueing inside out
- Is confident teaching Reformer Pilates classes
- Brings positive energy, warmth, and professionalism to every class
- Thrives in a team setting and is excited to help grow a new brand
