Nestled in the heart of London's West End you'll find The Palomar. We're on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Partie to become part of our kitchen team.

Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the rich cultures of Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant.

Whether in the midst of the action sat up at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city's dining scene.

Under the tutelage of our Head Chef Dan Murray, you'll develop your understanding of the cuisines from Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant, including their ingredients and techniques.
