The Palomar in London's West End is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.

You will work across a vibrant kitchen, delivering ingredient-led dishes with energy and precision, in a collaborative, guest-focused setup.

Under Head Chef Dan Murray's tutelage, you'll deepen your understanding of Southern Spain, Italian, North African, and Levantine cuisines while helping train new chefs and sharing best practices with the team.
