Role Description
The Sales Executive EMEA role is a full time, on-site position based in the East London Area, United Kingdom.
The Sales Executive will manage and grow wholesale and key account relationships across the EMEA region, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the seasonal sell-in of Studio Nicholson collections to wholesale partners across EMEA.
- Build relationships with a portfolio of wholesale accounts, providing a high level of day-to-day customer service.
- Support seasonal order management, including order entry, confirmations, amendments and follow-up.
- Organise and conduct seasonal showroom appointments and support in-market meetings with key accounts, including travel where required.
- Monitor account performance throughout the season, reviewing sell-through, stock levels and reorder opportunities.
- Support regular trade meetings with customers and the internal Wholesale team, providing relevant performance updates and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Monitor sell-through and inventory levels and identify opportunities to drive reorders and improve performance.
- Keep up to date with competitor activity, pricing and wider market trends across the region.
- Support merchandising standards within the showroom, ensuring Studio Nicholson's aesthetic and values are consistently represented.
- Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, VM and Production to support the smooth running of the wholesale business.
- Coordinate the setup and breakdown of seasonal collections for the London and Paris showrooms.
- Maintain accurate customer, order and sales information across internal systems and reporting tools.
- Support the wider Wholesale team with additional projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, ideally within luxury, premium or advanced contemporary fashion.
- Experience within womenswear and/or menswear is preferred, with a strong interest in developing across both categories.
- Good understanding of the EMEA fashion wholesale landscape and key retailers.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales performance, sell-through and account development.
- Comfortable working with sales data and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- French or Italian language skills are highly preferred.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with order processing tools such as Joor and Zedonk is appreciated.
