NARI is looking for a Project Manager to help us make ambitious work without the wheels coming off. We're a creative studio with a clear point of view - Not Always Right Ideas, it's our stance against sameness. We build brands for global clients in varied sectors, and we care as much about how the work gets made as what gets made. Good project management is what lets that happen. It's the difference between work that's rushed and compromised and work that arrives on time, on budget, and better for the way it was run. As we grow, we're looking for someone who can hold that together across multiple projects, protect the quality of the work, and bring a steadier rhythm to how the studio operates.
What you'll do
- You’ll own the running of our projects end to end, from kickoff through to delivery, across a mix of brand, identity, campaign and IRL assets.
- That means scoping projects properly at the start, building realistic timelines, and keeping budgets honest.
- You’ll be the person who knows where everything stands, who’s doing what, and what’s coming next, so the team can focus on the work rather than the logistics.
- You’ll manage the day to day with clients too, keeping them informed, setting expectations early, and handling any operational day to day.
- You’ll work closely with our creative leads and designers, protecting the time and headspace good work needs while still hitting the dates that matter.
- Part of the job is knowing when to push and when to hold, and being trusted by both the team and the client to make that call.
- As the studio grows, you’ll also help shape how we run things. Sharpening our processes, spotting where we lose time or money, and building ways of working that scale without turning into bureaucracy.
In practice, this means you’ll:
- Own project planning, scoping, timelines and budgets across multiple projects at once.
- Be the main day to day contact for clients, keeping them informed and confident.
- Work closely with creatives to protect the quality and the deadline.
- Track resource and capacity across the team, and flag problems early.
- Manage suppliers, freelancers and any third parties a project needs.
- Keep projects profitable, and have honest conversations about scope when they drift.
- Run smooth kickoffs, reviews and handovers.
- Help sharpen how the studio runs as we grow.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a project manager with calm under pressure, sharp judgement, and real care for the work. Someone who can hold several projects in their head at once without losing the detail. Someone who’s organised but not rigid, and who understands that creative work needs room to breathe even when the timeline is tight. You should be confident with clients, good at reading a room, and comfortable having the difficult conversation early. You’ll need to be commercially sharp. You understand budgets, margins and scope, and you can spot when a project is heading off course before it does. Just as importantly, you’re good with people. The team should feel calmer and more in control when you’re running things, not more anxious. You might come from a creative studio, an agency, or an in‑house team at an ambitious brand. We want to understand how you think, how you handle pressure, and the energy you’d bring into the studio.
Why join NARI
You’ll join a talented team at a point where your role can genuinely shape how we work. We have a super talented and dedicated team, genuinely caring and enthusiastic clients and a studio ethos that allows all to have a voice. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leadership who see good project management as central to good work, not an afterthought. You’ll have real ownership over how projects run, and room to improve the way the whole studio operates as we grow. For the right person, this is a chance to do thoughtful, well made work with a team that cares about craft, and to be the reason it all holds together.
