An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join our team inBolton.The main purpose of the role is to support the Transport Manager across a range of administrative functions. What you’ll do: ? Overseeing vehicle servicing, taxing vehicles, and MOT Manage vehicle booking diary Drop-off and collection of vehicles as required Managing the allocation and handover of vehicles Maintaining and updating accurate driver profile database and licence checking Invoice costing, processing, and filing Checking, chasing and auditing business mileage logs Administration of fuel card account Data inputting, maintaining documents and working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Maintaining and updating motor insurance database Report/monitor accidents and liaise with insurance companies General administration duties Work closely with and support the Transport Manager ?
