We’re looking for a talented graphic designer with 3+ years’ studio experience to join our team on maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their craft, and understands that how we work is just as important as what we create.

You’ll enjoy the challenge of taking briefs and turning them into design-led solutions that make sense. You’ll have ownership over your projects and be trusted to work directly with clients, contribute ideas, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality work.

At our core, we exist to help our clients succeed and to enjoy our work in the process. They trust us not just for what we deliver, but for how we deliver it: with commitment, intelligence, and calm, professional focus.

- A strong, well-presented portfolio demonstrating craft, concept development, and attention to detail across brand, print, and digital

- Meticulous attention to detail, with pride in the final quality and consistency of your work
- Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
- A calm, solution-focused mindset when responding to feedback or project challenges
- A clear understanding of how to work within allocated project hours and communicate any blockers or slippage early
