Studio Jayga Architects is hiring a Part 2 assistant or a Part 3 architect for its London studio. Studio Jayga Architects is a small, friendly architecture and interior design studio based in East London, working across residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and creative part 2 assistant/part 3 architect to join our team. You will be working on a range of exciting projects, with a particular focus on mid-to high‑end residential schemes on Stages 4-5.
Key requirements:
- Strong technical detailing skills
- Robust knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Proven experience delivering projects independently across RIBA stages, particularly Stages 4–5
- Experience producing tender and construction drawings for mid-to-high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in Vectorworks essential
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and graphic presentation skills
- Site experience is advantageous
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Role details:
This is an office-based position in East London (Royal Docks). Full-time and part-time roles available (please specify in your cover letter).
