We are in search of a proactive and organised studio coordinator to confidently support the day-to-day running of our busy studio.
THE ROLE
The Studio Coordinator is the beating heart of the office – you are the first point of contact whether you are meeting and greeting clients and guests, answering the phone or looking after the office.
We are looking for a confident, outgoing and well-presented person with a minimum of two or three years’ experience in a similar role.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome clients and guests warmly, offering refreshments as appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organised studio environment through regular tidying and cleaning routines
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings, including setup for virtual online meetings
- Arrange courier services, post, taxis and other travel logistics as required
- Plan and coordinate staff events and company activities
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in an administrative, studio coordination or office support role
- Someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, efficient and well-run office environment
- Able to work Monday-Friday in the office
- Experience in creative industries is welcome, but not essential
ROLE DETAILS:
- This is a permanent, full-time position
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- 5 days in the office
- Salary: dependent on experience
