We are seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the design and delivery of projects across our luxury portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, excellent technical competency and working collaboratively. The successful candidate will support project leaders and architects from concept through to detailed design, producing high-quality drawings, models and presentations. Candidates should be confident working in 3D, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images and documents under the guidance of the Project Leader or Architect.
- Contributing to the design process through research, sketching, digital modelling and presentation material.
- Developing design options for internal review and discussion within the project team.
- Producing clear and accurate technical information and assisting with coordination of design packages.
- Supporting the team in maintaining Studio Indigo drawing standards, design procedures and quality expectations.
- Assisting in the preparation of planning, tender and construction documentation as required.
- Participating in reviews, contributing ideas, and supporting the smooth running of project workflow.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, spatial understanding and technical competence.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD – proficiency in SketchUp or Revit advantageous.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work confidently in 2D and 3D, and to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
- Ability to take initiative while responding professionally to direction and feedback.
