As Project Manager at Studio Graphene, you will be responsible for coordinating our projects, teams and processes. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. As an experienced Project Manager, you will have proven experience and the ability to lead project teams of all sizes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Drive AI-native project management strategy across planning, delivery, reporting, and team workflows.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the project team, including developers, designers and QA.
  • Manage the work allocated to the delivery team (creation of JIRA tickets, assignment of tasks, and ensuring JIRA boards are up-to-date and accurate).
  • Facilitate daily project stand-ups and other meetings with all relevant team members.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule and cost changes.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Keep stakeholders, including clients and management, informed of project progress via weekly status reports and address any issues that arise.
  • Perform risk management to minimise potential risks, including developing contingency plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
  • Develop extensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as internal team members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Additionally, is able to help Product managers by doing stories and scope breakdown.
  • Detail out stories and write acceptance criteria.
  • Help the team understand the scope and requirements.

Experience:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management and multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence and other project management software tools.
  • Experience in breaking down stories and scope, detailing out stories and writing acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
