Job Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work across verticals—backend, frontend, or cloud/DevOps—depending on your strengths and interests. You’ll help build modern, scalable web and mobile applications using an AI‑native development approach, collaborate with senior engineers on real projects from day one, and design APIs, build user‑facing features, and set up cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers on real projects from day one, designing APIs, building user‑facing features, setting up cloud infrastructure, or all three.
  • Use AI tools and techniques as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code.
  • Learn fast and develop the judgment to pick the right tool for the job.
  • Work across the stack, excited to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Solid fundamentals in at least one area: backend (Node JS, Python, or similar), frontend (React, Next JS, or similar), or cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Understanding relational (MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful API design.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to or curiosity about AI‑assisted development (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
  • Passion for learning emerging technologies and trends.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS or Azure) is an advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) or basic cloud infrastructure.
