Studio Gobo is looking for an Associate Producer to join their Hove-based team on an unannounced AAA game. Working under the supervision of a Senior Producer, the ideal candidate will work with a cross‑discipline team to drive development of a pod or set of game features, collaborating with external dev partners, identifying risks, troubleshooting communication and managing dependency issues. You will assist the team with planning, reviews as well as managing backlog.
Responsibilities
- Run and co‑ordinate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, project meetings.
- Work with feature and project leads to maintain the project schedule and backlog.
- As a co‑dev partner work with the lead studio or publisher on integrating their working practices and aligning on quality standards.
- Work with the Dev QA team to correctly prioritise and distribute issues to the dev team.
- Assist the Senior Producer in communicating on the project progress and quality with all key stakeholders.
- Motivate your team and support them to carry out the goals and vision of the project.
Qualifications
- A couple of years of game development experience, in a production or project management role.
- Solid understanding of game development and video game technologies.
- Established communication, collaboration, presentation, organisational and documentation skills.
- Experience in using project management tools and processes.
- Creative problem solver who can work within a team to produce AAA gaming products.
- Enthusiastic about the production process of game development and supporting a dev team to do their best work.

- Certified Scrum Master or similar qualifications.
- Experience working with external teams and publishers.
