The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with big ideas and a variety of skills. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take the lead on high-profile campaigns, from retail activations to multi-platform marketing, blending strong visual skills with bold conceptual thinking.

You’ll work across digital and physical formats, creating designs that don’t just look good, they work in the real world and resonate globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop on-trend campaigns for major gaming and tech brands.
  • Write and craft campaign headlines, messaging, and visual storytelling.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, working closely with clients, the studio and account teams.
  • Design across online and offline formats, from web to in-store.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive studio culture.
  • Experiment with emerging tech and new design approaches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-5+ years commercial design experience.
  • An expert with all the usual software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
  • Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro...
  • AI literate and inquisitive as to new working techniques
  • A marketing instinct with an eye for creating strong campaigns.
  • A confident communicator. You’ll be client-facing and collaborative.
  • Passion for gaming and emerging tech.
  • Organised, detail-driven, and deadline-focused.
