Producer – STUDIO BOUM

FTC - 6 Month Contract, London

ABOUT

STUDIO BOUM is a luxury event production studio specialising in fashion shows, immersive experiences, and special events for high-end fashion and lifestyle brands. With an in-house team of architects and designers, we craft unique, detail-driven productions worldwide, delivering seamless execution from concept to reality.

THE ROLE

As a Producer, you will lead medium-scale projects from brief to execution ensuring creative integrity, smooth logistics, and financial control. You will be the main point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with our creative and production teams to deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management – Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Client Liaison – Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Creative & Technical Oversight – Collaborate with in-house designers to align production with creative vision.
  • Budget Control – Independently manage budgets from £70K to £400K, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Logistics & Supplier Coordination – Source and manage best-in-class vendors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Site Visits & Venue Research – Identify and document potential event spaces for future projects.
  • On-Site Production – Lead event setup, live execution, and de-rig, ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Team Collaboration – Work alongside Creative & Production teams, delegating where necessary.
  • Process & Documentation – Maintain accurate project records using Notion, Xero, Float, and Google Sheets.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Proven experience producing fashion, luxury, or immersive events.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of set design, lighting, sound, and event logistics.
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to lead a team and delegate effectively.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles, particularly in high-pressure moments (e.g., Fashion Week).
