Strong commercial awareness: experience managing budgets, negotiating terms and building partnerships that deliver.

Strategic thinker with creator instincts.

You understand the big picture and know how to execute, as well as manage others.

You have built engaged audiences on social media.

You know what works and why Tapped into culture: music, comedy, film, TV, fashion.

You bring ideas, not just react to briefs.

You'll thrive if you are: A creative leader who sets clear direction but isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

Comfortable with ambiguity and clear in decision-making, you’re excited by a scale-up that’s built around testing and learning.

Able to build with limited resources (team and budget).

Naturally inclusive, collaborative, curious and tapped into culture.

Recognise the importance of humour and play for creativity.

What success looks like after 12 months SBG has a clear creative content direction that the team understands and can execute against.
