What you will do as a Senior Care Assistant:

We are looking for passionate and hardworking senior carers to assist our residents in enjoying a fulfilling and meaningful life, maintaining their dignity and helping them feel valued members of society. You will promote independence, choice, and inclusion. The role includes supervising care staff, providing support for day-to-day activities of daily living, and offering full physical and psychological care for people at the end of their life. You will also assist people in taking their medication, develop and update care plans, lead a team of staff, and work with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family.
