Studio B is a fast-growing Creative Studio with a global audience of 25 million+ followers and over 15 billion views. We create high-impact digital content for some of the world’s biggest brands, blending social-first storytelling, production craft, and VFX.
What we need now is a dedicated Channel Manager to serve as our analytical engine. Reporting directly to our Head of Brand, you will be a data-led, algorithm-obsessed specialist who does not rely on gut feeling. You live in the platform analytics dashboards, understand the mechanics behind why videos perform, and translate complex data into clear, actionable suggestions for our creative team.
Where You’ll Make An Impact
- Deeply understand platform algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). You will spot trends, sounds, and formats in real time, pitching immediate, actionable angles to the creative team under the guidance of the Head of Social.
- Run weekly and monthly performance reports on what worked, what did not, and—crucially—why. You will replace guesswork with hard metrics to help guide our content pipeline.
- Implement growth tactics to scale our audience, tracking watch time, viewer retention, Click-Through Rates, and shareability across all platforms.
- Translate audience retention graphs and drop-off rates into practical feedback for our editors (e.g., 'We lose 30% of viewers at the 3-second mark; we need a stronger visual hook here next time').
- Execute testing on titles, thumbnails, hooks, and posting schedules to constantly squeeze better performance out of every upload.
- Ensure all platforms are up to date, refreshing bios, updating links, and maintaining YouTube channel layouts in line with our performance insights.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- You have hands-on experience managing and growing social accounts at a brand, agency, or creator house, with the metrics to show for it.
- You see patterns where others see noise, and you love diving into YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- You live on the pulse of internet culture. You can spot a rising trend on a Tuesday morning and have a clear suggestion for our team to jump on it by Tuesday afternoon.
- While you love great creative work, you let the numbers guide your recommendations. You are confident presenting objective data to help the team understand what is actually resonating with the audience.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a dedicated social media, growth, or platform analytics role, reporting into a broader marketing or social team.
- Solid understanding of short-form and long-form distribution mechanics (retention curves, SEO, CTR, and platform-specific ranking factors).
- Clear communication skills: The ability to pull data and turn it into simple, actionable insights for both the Head of Brand and the creative production team.
