Studio B are looking for a Producer to join our team full-time in London! Studio B is a fast‑growing Creative Studio with a global audience of 25 million+ followers. We create high‑impact digital content for some of the world’s biggest brands, blending social‑first storytelling, production craft, and VFX to make work that performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.

We’re looking for a Producer who has strong experience working directly with brands, agencies, and internal creative teams. You’ll be confident taking a client brief from initial response through to final delivery, managing expectations, protecting scope, and bringing together creative, production, post, and VFX teams to deliver brilliant work. This is the perfect role for someone who loves social‑first content, understands brand standards and approvals, and can balance creative ambition with commercial control.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own projects from brief to delivery.
  • Turn client briefs into clear creative responses, treatments, mood boards, production plans, shot lists, schedules, budgets, scripts, thumbnails, posting packs, and final deliverables.
  • Lead brand and client relationships by acting as a key point of contact, leading status meetings, capturing decisions, managing feedback rounds, setting clear timelines, and keeping relationships warm, professional, and proactive.
  • Manage scope, budgets, and change control by building and maintaining production budgets, cost trackers, schedules, SOWs, and change notes, flagging risks early, managing scope creep, and ensuring projects remain commercially on track.
  • Translate brand needs into social‑first creative by understanding brand guidelines, campaign objectives, audience behaviours, platform requirements, and client priorities, then shaping content that feels creatively exciting while staying on brief and on brand.
  • Partner with creative, VFX, production and post teams to ensure every idea is achievable, well‑planned, and delivered to a high standard, and help translate creative ideas into production‑ready and VFX‑ready plans.
  • Run production workflows by creating and managing production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, crew bookings, supplier briefs, freelancer onboarding, client approvals, shoot logistics, post schedules, QC, delivery specs, and final asset handovers.
  • Protect quality and compliance by ensuring creative coherence, brand compliance, legal and usage clearances, platform policies, music/licensing requirements, talent approvals, and client deliverables are properly managed.
  • Optimise for social platforms by shaping content for each platform, including 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats, hooks, captions, thumbnails, CTAs, length, pacing, and posting requirements.
  • Manage vendors and freelancers by briefing, negotiating, onboarding, managing and QCing external partners, crew, freelancers, suppliers, studios, locations and specialist vendors when needed.
  • Learn, review and improve by using performance signals such as watch time, retention, CTR, comments and engagement to understand what is working and feed insights back into future creative.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Producer – 3–6+ years producing content for brands, agencies, production companies, creator studios or in‑house marketing teams, confident dealing directly with clients.
  • Client‑confident and commercially aware – calm, proactive and professional in client conversations, setting expectations, managing approvals, protecting boundaries, and raising risks without damaging relationships.
  • Social‑first thinker – understand what works across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X, including hooks, pacing, thumbnails, captions, formats, trends, and platform‑specific creative.
  • Strong project controller – confident with schedules, budgets, cost trackers, change control, risk management, supplier agreements, SOWs, feedback rounds, and delivery timelines.
  • Creative but practical – can contribute ideas, build decks, shape treatments, and help bring concepts to life while grounding creative ambition in realistic budgets, timelines, client needs and production requirements.
  • VFX and post‑aware – understand how production decisions impact post and VFX, including plate capture, tracking, comps, renders, colour, turnovers, QC, and final delivery. Familiarity with Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, Blender, Houdini, Nuke or Unreal is a bonus.
  • Highly organised and solutions‑focused – can keep multiple projects moving at once, spot blockers early, and bring structure to fast‑moving creative work.
  • Great taste, pace and attention to detail – strong creative judgement, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to move quickly without letting things slip.
  • AI curious and workflow minded – confident using AI tools to support research, admin, planning, creative development and workflow improvements, applying strong human judgement, accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Producer in branded content, social‑first production, digital campaigns, agency, creator studio, production company or brand‑side environment.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, project management and production planning ability.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and digital content formats.
  • Experience managing feedback rounds, approvals, scope, delivery specs and production workflows.
  • Confident creative judgement and the ability to support ideation, treatments and pitch materials.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Confident using AI tools responsibly to support research, planning, admin, creative development and workflow efficiencies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on branded social campaigns, creator‑led content, digital ads, entertainment content, or VFX‑heavy social work.
  • Experience managing brand approvals, legal reviews, usage rights, talent approvals, paid media deliverables, and multi‑platform asset lists.
  • Basic analytics literacy, including YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Sprout or similar.
  • Experience working with fast‑growth creative teams, agencies, production studios, or creator‑led businesses.
  • Experience using AI tools to support production workflows.
  • Aware of responsible AI use, including confidentiality, accuracy checking, copyright, brand safety, and human review.
