About StudioB
StudioB is an independent creative studio building worlds and systems for leading brands. Founded by Brandon Baum, one of Europe’s most-followed digital creators, we sit at the intersection of creator instinct and world-class creative execution. We operate across two core areas:
- A creative agency delivering high-impact campaigns for global brands
- An original content division developing formats and IP designed to scale globally
Our clients include The LEGO Group, Google, Netflix, Disney, and Real Madrid. We’re building a world-class studio on a creative charge, turning ambitious ideas into stories that capture attention, shape culture, and travel globally.
The Role
This is a high-trust, high-impact role working directly with the Founder & CEO. You will act as a force multiplier, turning the Founder’s priorities into real outcomes across the business. You’ll sit at the centre of StudioB, driving execution, building systems, and ensuring nothing important slips. The CEO sets the direction. You make it happen. You’ll meet weekly with the Founder to align on priorities, and you’ll have the autonomy to drive how those priorities are delivered.
- Own execution and follow-through across key initiatives
- Hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments
- Standardise how work is tracked, reported, and delivered
- Step in wherever needed to keep momentum moving
Role Scope & Progression
You’ll initially support the Founder in managing priorities and time, before expanding into a full Founder’s Associate role, driving projects, systems, and execution across the business. This is a Founder’s Associate role with a hands-on entry point. Initially, you’ll take ownership of key executive support responsibilities (diary, scheduling, coordination) to build context and ensure the Founder’s time and priorities run smoothly. From there, your focus quickly expands into driving projects, building systems, and owning execution across the business. You will transition out of day-to-day support as you grow into the role, ultimately hiring and managing your own dedicated PA support as the function scales.
What Success Looks Like
- Execution Runs Smoothly (First 90 Days): You design and run the executive cadence, ensuring priorities move forward every week. Every key initiative has a clear owner, deadline, and plan. The majority of projects are delivered on time. The Founder is spending significantly less time chasing updates.
- AI & Automation Are Live (Year 1): You identify and implement automation across the business. At least 3 operational workflows are automated. Clear time or efficiency savings are demonstrated. You either build solutions yourself or lead technical partners effectively.
- The Business Runs on Clear Data (Year 1): You implement dashboards and reporting across all departments. Every team has clear, live visibility on performance and progress. Leadership no longer chases reports; the data is readily available.
- The Founder Is Always Prepared (Ongoing): You ensure the CEO is ready for every important meeting or opportunity. Decks, briefs, and materials are prepared in advance. Thinking is structured and pressure-tested. No last-minute scrambling.
- Strategic Projects Are Delivered (Year 1): You own and deliver 2–3 high-impact projects end-to-end. Examples: building internal platforms, supporting IP development or investor-facing initiatives. You take ideas, structure them, and ship them.
- Nothing Falls Through the Cracks (Ongoing): You track external communications and key relationships. Follow-ups happen consistently. Projects and conversations never go cold.
Your First 30 Days
- Understand how the Founder currently spends their time
- Map all key priorities, owners, and timelines
- Audit existing reporting and identify gaps
- Identify top automation opportunities
- Redesign and run the executive meeting cadence
What We’re Looking For
- Execution & Ownership: You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you touch. You follow through relentlessly and make progress visible.
- Judgement & Thinking: You understand priorities quickly and focus on what matters most. You challenge ideas when needed and move fast when appropriate.
- Communication & Influence: You can align teams without relying on authority. You’re comfortable challenging senior people directly.
- AI & Systems Mindset: You’ve built or implemented AI workflows or automations. You understand how to use technology to remove manual work.
- Drive & Ambition: You’re excited by building something exceptional. You raise the standards of people around you.
- Presence & Trust: You build credibility quickly and can represent the Founder confidently. You’re comfortable in high-stakes or fast-moving environments.
Ideal Background: 2–5 years in consulting, strategy, media, production, or a fast-moving startup; experience owning and delivering projects end-to-end; strong interest in content, media, and storytelling; experience working in ambiguity and figuring things out independently; hands-on experience with AI tools or automation.
Why This Role
- Work across agency, content, and IP development
- A front-row seat to building a high-growth creative company
- Real ownership of systems, projects, and outcomes
- Clear progression into leadership across strategy, operations, or development
Final Note
This is not a passive role. If you’re excited by building something ambitious and being right at the centre of it, we’d love to meet you!
