We're looking for a brilliant Studio Manager to lead our new Ladbroke Grove studio. Ideally, you'll also be an experienced instructor who can teach across the Studio Anatomy timetable, but we're open to brilliant non-instructors too.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the studio. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of Ladbroke Grove, lead and support the studio team, oversee standards and operations, and make sure every client has an exceptional experience. You'll also help build our local community, support membership growth and work closely with our Group Manager and wider Studio Anatomy team as the studio grows.
We're looking for someone warm, organised and proactive - a natural leader who's brilliant with people, comfortable taking ownership and happy to get stuck into every part of studio life. Previous management experience is great, but we're also open to experienced instructors or team leads ready to take the next step.
