The studio offers a wide range of dance and fitness classes, from beginner to professional, in a vibrant, creative environment. It has hosted renowned choreographers and performers for rehearsals and workshops. Studio 68 London also partners with prominent businesses and brands for events and productions. The studio is active on social media, showcasing its community and work.

Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Corporate Wellness Partnerships Manager role based in London. The person in this role will develop and manage corporate relationships to grow Studio 68 London’s Fitness wellness in the corporate sector. Must be someone with great sales skills who has maybe worked in a Fitness Marketing Agency before or in PR specialised in fitness.

  • Identifying and approaching potential corporate partners
  • Designing tailored wellness packages (such as classes, workshops, and events)
  • Managing ongoing partner accounts to ensure strong engagement and retention
  • Supporting marketing initiatives related to corporate wellness
  • Representing the studio at meetings and events
  • Gathering feedback from partners to refine and expand services

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with a track record of initiating and growing B2B relationships
  • GREAT SALES SKILLS
  • Ability to design and package corporate wellness offerings that align with client needs and Studio 68 London’s services
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
  • Comfort working on-site in London and collaborating closely with studio management, instructors, and operational staff
  • Interest in dance, fitness, wellness, or the creative industries; prior experience in these areas is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary/Working Hours: You will work 8 Hours (£100) a day. Work will be 1-2 days per week to start with. Base rate of £100 per eight-hour shift plus commission of 15% on the revenue generated from each company signed up to the programs or packages of 68 Fitness.
