The Role
StudentVenture is seeking experienced tech entrepreneurs, marketplace operators, and second- or third-time founders to join our Advisory Board. This role is designed for individuals who not only understand the pain of early hiring but want to invest in solving it.
As we grow our user base, expand employer partnerships, and roll out scalable talent pipelines, we’re inviting advisors to contribute strategically and gain equity exposure at an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Product and Platform Feedback : Help shape the platform’s UX, core features, and employer engagement flows.
- Strategic Introductions : Open doors to B2B partners, investors, or communities aligned with our mission.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Share insights on scalable acquisition channels and marketplace design.
- Hiring & Positioning : Support our positioning as the go-to platform for student experience, talent, and opportunity.
As an Advisor, You Will
- Offer practical guidance on marketplace scale and early-stage traction
- Help us unlock partnerships with employers, accelerators, and ecosystem players
- Share your experience building and investing in high-growth platforms
- Participate in strategic discussions that shape StudentVenture’s roadmap
- Gain early access to invest in the business before our full round opens
Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for advisors with experience in:
- Talent Tech, EdTech, or B2B SaaS
- Scaling supply-and-demand platforms
- Employer branding, student engagement, or university outreach
- Fundraising, investor relations, or GTM execution for startups
Required Experience
- 10+ years in tech, product, venture, education, or talent innovation
- Experience founding, scaling, or advising a VC-backed startup
- Strong understanding of early hiring, user acquisition, or startup go-to-market
