We are looking for a high-energy Junior Graphic Designer to join the creative engine behind this summer’s most anticipated festival. This isn’t just about making "cool posters" - it’s about building an immersive world. You will work directly under the Creative Director to translate the festival's soul into a digital and physical reality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Rollout: Crafting high-impact social media assets for artist announcements, ticket drops, and countdowns.
- The Physical Experience: Designing on-site signage, including stage backdrops, wayfinding maps, and "Instagrammable" photo-op installations.
- Merchandise & Swag: Assisting in the design of limited-edition festival apparel and VIP assets (wristbands, lanyards, and digital passes).
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring the festival’s unique "vibe" remains consistent across every touchpoint, from an email header to a 20-foot billboard.
The Career Path
- Phase 1 (Part-Time): Focus on the immediate delivery of the summer 2026 campaign assets.
- Phase 2 (Full-Time): Post-festival, you will transition into a permanent role, leading the design for our "After-Movie" content and spearheading the visual identity for the 2027 season.
