Role Requirements:

  • 2+ Years experience working in a similar product role.
  • Expertise in designing and developing a diverse product range, ensuring offerings align with market demand and customer needs.
  • Proficient in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote destinations and all product types.
  • Proven experience in working and developing relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of profit margins, risk assessments, cost structures, and optimisation strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, making strategic decisions that drive the local product strategy.
  • Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies that enhance profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Experience in analysing reports and market trends and using this to make data driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative products.
