About the role As the Order Management Technical Lead Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our global Order Management capability. Your mission is to streamline the post-booking journey across all channels by driving automation, standardisation, and scalable architecture that supports supplier integration and agent efficiency. Leading a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply, Workflow, and GDS partners to transform how we manage fulfillment, ticketing, and action-to-invoice across global markets. You will define the long-term vision for Order Management, shaping modular and cost-effective architecture while balancing regional needs with global platforms. This role plays a critical part in automation initiatives, including roadmap planning around legacy system replacement, and acts as the central voice for Order Management across both business and technology.
Key elements of the role include:
- Owning product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Order Management
- Driving automation, touchless invoicing, and fulfillment optimisation
- Leading multiple squads with strong agile practices, OKRs, and delivery cadence
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
- Communicating progress and outcomes through demos, leadership reviews, and workshops
About you You are an experienced technical product leader who thrives in complex, global environments. You are comfortable owning platform-level products, influencing across a matrixed organisation, and translating strategic vision into scalable delivery. You bring a strong understanding of post-booking, fulfillment, or automation ecosystems and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience.
You will have:
- 6+ yearsβ experience in product management or platform ownership, ideally within travel, fulfillment, or automation
- Proven experience with XML-based fulfillment platforms, ticketing systems, or invoicing automation
- Experience leading multiple squads and working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of GDS flows, Compleat (or equivalent), Dynamics 365, and agent workflows
- The ability to think strategically while confidently defining technical and architectural building blocks
