About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Corporate Traveller, you’ll own the full business development cycle, from identifying new prospects to presenting our solutions and securing long-term client partnerships. Your goal is to grow our client portfolio by helping businesses improve the way they manage travel.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging new clients
  • Understanding client needs and delivering consultative solutions
  • Presenting and closing new business
  • Supporting onboarding and handover
  • Building your pipeline and market presence
  • Maintaining strong commercial discipline

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role focused on B2B sales
  • Proven ability to work in a consultative / solution-selling environment
  • A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys achieving KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence in client meetings and demonstrations
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and show initiative
