About the role
You’ll drive strategic business enablement by integrating data, finance, experience design and commercial insight to demonstrate the value of consolidated travel and event programmes. Working closely with Consulting, Marketing, Sales and Product teams, you’ll lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen client engagement, optimise spend, and deliver measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified global M&E programme within FCM to showcase strategic excellence.
- Partner with commercial teams to articulate the benefits of integrated Travel & Events management.
- Build and present advanced financial and data models demonstrating efficiency, leakage reduction and ROI improvements.
- Create scalable strategic frameworks and toolkits that support client retention, growth, and new business acquisition.
- Collaborate across global teams to drive innovation, product evolution and service scalability.
- Provide commercial and financial oversight across enterprise-level event portfolios.
- Represent FCM externally as a thought leader, shaping market conversations and supporting go‑to‑market strategies.
- Influence organisational decision making by providing insights, market intelligence and strategic recommendations connected to revenue impact and retention.
This role reports into the Head of FCM and offers significant global visibility and influence.
Experience & Expertise
- A track record of leading complex, enterprise‑level M&E programmes.
- Strong financial modelling skills with experience in forecasting, ROI analysis and commercial management.
- Demonstrated success guiding clients through strategic change and positioning value at executive level.
- Significant experience collaborating across consulting, marketing, product and commercial teams.
- Comfort presenting externally and shaping strategic narratives.
- Familiarity with GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), M&E tools, and FCM’s mid‑office systems.
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office tools.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
