The Global Entertainment Partnerships Manager will lead and manage the overall Entertainment and Group Hotel Content Partnerships in line with the greater GLS Product Strategy. This role is responsible for identifying new suppliers and managing existing ones to maximize long-term, sustainable returns while understanding the specific nuances required for this specialist division. The manager will oversee the development and enhancement of processes for these products and services, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contract negotiations, including the annual Stage and Screen Hotel RFP.
  • Product development, implementation, channelling, income accrual management, marketing, promotion, and training.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for all procurement, distribution, and support related to Entertainment.
  • Acting as the overall specialist, brand ambassador, and thought leader within the supply division, driving strategic initiatives forward and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Your role:

  • Manage all Entertainment Supplier Relationships, contracting, reporting, and accounting.
  • Work with regional business and supplier leads to establish annual engagement plans and ensure all targets are achieved in line with overall GLS Budgets and Strategy.
  • Represent and lead for the Entertainment and Groups Segment.
  • Be a brand ambassador and regional selling business relationships partner.
  • Collaborate and enhance relationships with local selling partners (source markets) and other key stakeholder groups to ensure key land content requirements are met, understood, and delivered.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years prior experience working and managing the Entertainment, Sports and Media segment is required.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the Entertainment Travel Sector.
  • Negotiation Experience.
  • Experience with Cvent Lanyon RFP Solution.
  • Multi GDS Experience (Sabre and Amadeus).
