About Corporate Traveller
Role Summary
You will design, launch and establish them from the ground up: defining the strategy, building the processes, mechanics and tracking, and securing the first partners and referrers before scaling what works. Alongside this, you will take ownership of the UK events programme — owned events, hosted customer and prospect events, sponsorships and exhibitions — from strategy through to on‑the‑day delivery and follow‑up. You will work closely with the Head of Acquisition Marketing and Head of Sales to ensure every initiative maps to ICP and commercial priorities, with delivery support from the Senior Marketing Exec and from the Head of Acquisition on strategy and where required. This is a commercially‑minded, relationship‑led and hands‑on role suited to someone who can build something new, open doors, run programmes with rigour, and is motivated by measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
What You'll Do
- Establish CT UK’s partnership programme from the ground up: define the strategy and partner criteria, identify and secure an initial cohort of partners (industry associations, personas, regional, complementary suppliers, technology/ecosystem and channel partners), and put the structures, agreements and co‑marketing playbook in place to scale.
- Design and launch CT UK’s first referral programme: build the mechanics, incentives, tracking and supporting processes from scratch, then drive adoption to turn satisfied customers into a repeatable acquisition channel.
- Own the UK events programme end‑to‑end: owned events, hosted customer/prospect events, sponsorships and exhibitions — covering strategy, logistics, supplier management, internal coordination and on‑the‑day delivery. Supported by the Senior Marketing Exec on delivery and content, and the Head of Acquisition where required.
- Work with the Head of Acquisition Marketing and Head of Sales to align partnership, referral and event activity to ICP and commercial priorities, and ensure clean lead handoff and timely follow‑up.
- Nurture customer and partner relationships to fuel advocacy — testimonials, case studies and referrals — in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Exec on proof creation.
- Own the partnerships, referral and events budget; track spend and ROI; provide clear reporting, insight and commentary on contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Manage external suppliers (event agencies, venues, partner contacts) and internal stakeholders (Sales, global teams, Senior Marketing Exec), ensuring aligned, smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in partnerships, channel/partner marketing, referral programmes and/or B2B events, ideally within travel, B2B or service‑led industries.
- Experience building or launching a programme, channel or initiative from scratch is highly advantageous.
- Track record of building partner or stakeholder relationships that drive measurable pipeline.
- Demonstrable experience planning and delivering events end‑to‑end (owned events, sponsorships, exhibitions).
- Confident working within a global organisation and across cross‑functional teams.
- Familiar with CRM, marketing automation and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua, Wrike).
- Experience within the Corporate Traveller brand or broader Flight Centre Travel Group is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business, Travel & Tourism) or equivalent practical experience.
