About the role
We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Commission Collection Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle, with the option to work 4 days per week at 7.5 hours per day or 5 shorter days totalling 30 hours per week. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Land Supply – Europe, you'll play a key role in maximising commission revenue across our UK and European Meetings & Events businesses. Working closely with hotel partners, account managers, the Global Commissions Team and Corporate Land Team, you'll identify, recover and manage outstanding group commissions while building strong supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Collecting group commission claims and submitting invoices to hotel partners.
- Identifying and recovering outstanding commissions, responded revenue and declined commissionable revenue.
- Working directly with hotel chains and properties to improve commission payment performance.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships while delivering commercially beneficial outcomes.
- Analysing commission data and reporting on recovered revenue and performance trends.
- Supporting initiatives that improve visibility, processes and outcomes across the group commissions function.

- Experience within the travel industry or a related sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence hotel partners and internal stakeholders.
- A track record of improving processes and identifying efficiencies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the persistence and resilience to follow through on outstanding commission collections.
